Music is sound displayed through the permanence of soul. As often as the sound of a generation will alter, there will be decades of musical history which have shaped the music we hear today. I use the term 'Japanese' to define a style measured through rhythm and melody. Some may say everything can be defined as electro-pop. I define the everything and the ether surrounding it as jazz-funk. With the classicism of flamenco and street sense of hiphop.

That's the title of this song - music and filming by me.

Now I know its been a long time coming, and manymanymany must wonder why a website that basically consists of writing would have such name.

I hope its a bit clearer now.

Much love etc.

Hey Opto,

Great to finally hear it for me too!

I like it...laid back, but not depressing ...actually it reminded me of the opening musical score for House (On Wednesday Nights)... not so much the one they play now, but the original one in the first Season.

I loved the imploding fireworks, it reminded me of global tipping points, but then that's just me..

Hey, could you feature classical Japanese instruments in an un-plugged version..

Power to you ..it funks.

Lilla ...

Heya Lilla,
Nice to see a bit of constructive criticism, but being where i am in this arena there's plenty of it to go around.
This is actually a piece that never really did disappoint, hopefully its not a one off.
Good to see ya again,
Opto
